Ciro Randazzo

Hello! I'm an aspiring physician-scientist studying the brain. I currently work in Michael Brainard's lab at UCSF studying the neural and genetic underpinnings of vocalizations in a songbird model. I previously worked in Christa McIntyre's lab at UT Dallas, studying mechanisms of emotional learning in animal models of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I graduated from UTD in May 2023 with a BS in Cognitive Science and minor in philosophy. In my free time, I enjoy guitar, soccer (watching & playing), and reading. Feel free to shoot me a line!
